a bit on my raw diet (or the lack thereof).

right now is a very transitional point in my life.
i've decided, over the last week,
that now is not a good time for me to go completely raw.
i've realized that it is going to take a bit more dedication then i thought -
but it is do-able.

although, i must admit, i have been eating a lot more fruits & vegetables - raw, that is.
i truly believe i need adequate preparation -
and i also need to be in the right state of mind.
this whole moving/apartment searching thing has really been weighing on me lately.
i've gradually started to learn that adulthood comes with both its perks and frustrations.
i've said it before, and i'll say it again.
this is a process that requires patience.

the good news is, i've been taking a lot of walks in the park,
and feeling SO healthy!
in fact, just today justin and i went walking
and we discovered that Hubbard Park (where we usually go walking)
was actually designed by the Olmsted Brothers,
the same people who designed New York City's Central Park.
these sort of things really fascinate me.

hope all is well with everybody, as we dive into spring here in the u.s.

.. and with that very notion i look forward to:

-all things green
-getting a puppy dog
-finding an apartment
-and then decorating it
-starting my raw diet
-shopping flea markets
-exploring
-and most of all - being inspired

love, xo.
