justin and i are currently in the process of mixing our things with my moms.
our styles are noticeably different,
but with my vintage/contemporary/funky style mixed with here excellent antiques,
we can make up a really nice room.
she happens to have a ridiculously awesome collection of glass bottles, jars, bowls, and vases - i love it!

i've got to ask something!
now that i don't have public transportation readily available
i'm looking for a vehicle.
can you possible maybe recommend something that is fuel-efficient, reliable (as i will be driving long distances) and available for under $6500.
thus far i have considered a scion xa and a prius.
if you have ANY suggestions i would appreciate it.

i'm happy to report that we are officially relocated to wisconsin!
it was a long journey here (16 straight hours of driving, to be exact!!)
we passed through pennsylvania, ohio, indiana and ilinois, managing to get pulled over twice.
i obtained one seatbelt ticket and consumed more than three energy drinks.
we listened to really loud radio music and played highway games.
it was a good trip.
the weather is just warming up here in wisconsin and we've got about a million jobs to do around the house.
i kind of like having stuff to do around here, though.
it keeps me busy and happy.
that's the beautiful thing about living in a house -
you can paint, hammer, and rip things apart because it's yours!
so, the next couple weeks posting will be sparse.
i've got parties to attend, bikes to ride, and campfires to have.
